She loves her new bed. She still loves to sleep. Today, after church she kept saying "night night", then when we got home she ran into her room & closed the door. She still has to be put to bed though - meaning that we give her a binky, blanky & "tuck her in". Maybe eventually she'll figure out that she can climb in herself & put herself to sleep lol.
She loves her throw pillows I made her. She loves to carry them around the house & sit/lay on them, and just feel them. She loves soft things.
We went to the zoo this week with our good friends. I think this was their favorite place - they all loved climbing up and down on the step.
We've been trying to go to the library every 1-2 weeks. There are so many activities, books, puzzles, puppets, etc. However, Carly loves the computers and always tries to use them and put the headphones on.
There's a neighborhood cat that always comes around. Carly loves kitties and will say "mow" and follow the kitty around.
Carly loves stickers - one of the many things that keep her entertained during church on Sundays.
And last, but not least, my hubby has been doing a ton around the house. The latest project is a raised garden bed in the backyard. It's coming together nicely. He is a very hard worker and it's nice to see progress on our long to-do list of house projects. He's also been dry-walling our garage, he's made shelves for our hallway closet, and we've painted both kid bedrooms (among other projects - we seem to always be doing something). I have been busy with Carly's bedding, duvet cover, throw pillows, baby changing pad, baby blankets, recovering a bouncer chair, tie-vest onesies, etc. My sewing machine has been getting a lot of love. Check out my sewing projects here.
